Configuration King
Configuration (noun): Mode of arrangement, conformation, outline.
To configure (verb): give shape to.
Configuration king (noun): a person able to competently configure a large number of machines, ultimately to mould guest satisfaction.
Configuration kings are immensely useful. You become a configuration king by playing around with things, and being curious, and not supposing you
already know how to use something.
Indoor televisions
There are likely to be many television handsets. This will happen because there are lots of televisions, and telvisions are occasionally replaced. If a handset from an old television still works, it is rational to keep it, so that you have a redudancy of handsets.
However, if some handsets do not work on particular televisions, then there is a problem. The problem is that it takes a long time to find the correct handset when you want to re-configure a television. Examples of re-configuring a television include decreasing the volume for a guest or changing the channel for a guest.
The solution to this problem is to use the colour-match method (CMM). Each television is a colour. The rainbow moves round the room: the red telvision, the orange television, the green. And the rule is simple, if the handset works on that television, then it has that colour sticker.
Lighting in dining
There are lots of different lights in the dining room. Some lights need to be configured throughout the day in order to change the mood in the room. For example, once it becomes dark on a winter evening, we can dim the lights to create a more intimate atmosphere for guests.

Outdoor awnings
The outdoor awnings are sheets which provide shelter to guests sat outside. There is a roof consisting of a fabric covering, and also a pavilion at the back which has both walls and a ceiling made of fabric.
We now have many different handsets. So, how can we make it easier for employees? Well, there is a colour on each handset. Green is for the garden roof, pink is for the pavilion walls, and blue is for something else.
Music
For the music on the ground floor, where the bar is and the tables for drinking, you need to look for a small white box. It has two dials on. One of the dials is used to turn the volume up and down in the room.
